SHIPPING, CANCELLATION & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your order safely and on time.
We ship orders daily, except on weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) and public holidays.
To ensure your order arrives quickly and in perfect condition, we only use trusted courier services.

 

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
 

  • Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days.

  • Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days.

  • We will ship your order to the address you provided during checkout.
     

If you need your order sooner, please email us at info.okaysushi@gmail.com with your preferred delivery date.

Please note that extra charges may apply for faster delivery.
 

Important Info About Prepaid Orders:

If your prepaid order is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, you will need to pay a re-shipping fee of ₹60:
 

  • Unavailability to receive the delivery

  • Unreachable or incorrect phone number

  • Incomplete or incorrect address

  • Delivery agent unable to find your address

  • Failure to provide a delivery OTP


Re-shipping will take approximately 3-4 days. Once the order is with the delivery company, we cannot make any changes.

You will need to contact them directly for help with delivery. Please ensure that your contact details and address are correct to avoid any issues.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been shipped from our warehouse. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of the purchase time. Customized orders are unique to each customer and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.

To request a cancellation, please email us at info.okaysushi@gmail.com within the specified timeframe. Include your order number and any relevant details in your email to help us process your request efficiently. We will confirm the cancellation once it is verified that the order has not been shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the day you receive your item. To return an item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
 

To initiate a return, email us at info.okaysushi@gmail.com. Please note that we cannot accept returns without first requesting the return.
 

Damages and Issues:
 

  • Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
 

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. If you have any questions about your item, please contact us.

  • Sale items, gift cards, and items priced under 99/- are also non-returnable.


Exchanges:
 

  • The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired product.


Refunds:
 

  • If you receive a damaged product or find items missing, we will send a replacement. To process this, please send us a clear, unedited video of you unboxing the package from the start.

  • Forced returns are not accepted. If an item is returned forcibly, it cannot be refunded but will be replaced with a new product.

  • Refunds cannot be offered for delays caused by shipping issues, logistical problems, or public holidays.

  • To process a refund, please email the unboxing video within 12 hours of receiving your order, along with details of the issue.


Order Updates:
 

  • You can update your address, contact details, or items within 24 hours of placing your order. Just email us your order number at info.okaysushi@gmail.com.

     

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and show the refund.
